Aurora’s Are We There Yet? Review & Giveaway

Aurora has quickly become one of my favorite companies for stuffed animals and toys. Recently we were sent a giraffe Keep Me Comfy Head Rest and a By My Side Leads. There’s are a few items from the “Are We There Yet?” line which features plush toys, backpacks, neck rests and “My Name Is” ID tags – the line is based on Aurora’s popular monkey character Cheeky Charlie and his jungle buddies. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to convince my boys to review the headrest for me. Little did I know what a hit it would become.When we first received it, my son used it on our 5 hour trip up North because he wasn’t feeling well and was sleepy. Then we went to my aunt’s for her birthday one weekend, and a few weekends later we headed to her place again for a weekend of movies. Interestingly enough, when the boys would get into the van they’d both start looking for the headrest! Who knew!
Now, I’d have to say the Keep Me Comfy Head Rest is for younger kids, but it really has been a hit with my boys. They get sleepy, they grab the giraffe and wrap it around their necks.
We were also sent the By My Side Leads, but obviously it’s not something I can use with my boys…unless I want to embarrass th
em. tee hee hee My Youth Pastor has twin boys who are about 18months old. In March I saw him walking around church one Wednesday evening with these Leads on his boys. They were so adorable!
This plush Lead will sit comfortably against your little one. The lead itself is nice and soft, not at all what I expected. I figured it’d be more like a dog lead. I like that the lead can be taken off and your little one can have some freedom running around. My plan is to offer it to my step daughter who just had a son a few months ago. In time I know she’ll be able to put this to use!
