I have had a love of football all my life. Yah, I'm a chick, but that really doesn't matter. I'm trying to pass my love of the game on to my boys. My oldest son is what some in Minnesota might call a traitor since he roots for the Greenbay Packers. I just ground him every time he roots for them (kidding). My youngest and I are the loyal Vikings fans even though the season last year left a lot to be desired! We went to our first official Vikings game a couple weeks ago for a pre-season game! it was AWESOME!
We have a B-Dubs not too far from us and I think the boys would love watching the game with all the other fans. Ok, so maybe my oldest wouldn't "enjoy" it, but it would be sweet torture! Having a round of their wings and some pop and enjoying the enthusiasm of the rest of the fans, sounds like fun.
I'd never heard of Buffalo Wild Wings until I moved to MN. But when I had my first chance to go, I took it and it was delicious!! Those wings leave a lasting impression! The nice thing about going there is I don't have to cook and we can have a meal I typically don't make. So, it's really a win/win situation for me! Both boys would do the same as me and order their mild wings. None of us likes them hot or spicy. Of course, there's always the kids menu in case one of the two decides they want something different.
And let's be honest here, I don't have a big screen tv. It's on my wish-list to be sure. I would want one for football season and movies. Thankfully, B-Dubs has them and it makes watching the games that much more enjoyable! Make sure you Protect the football. Get to B-Dubs
On the other hand, it would be a great way to spend some time with adults and hang out with my co-workers. Most of my friends there love football like I do. I actually tend to tweet throughout the football games I watch and get a bit, mmmm let's say "emotional". lol I really get into the games and my tweets show it! I also like the idea of going with a group from work because they'll get into the game like I will. Yes, I yell at the tv and yes, my boys tell me to stop!!
I've got my Vikings gear ready and now all I need is for the games to begin!! How do you like to spend game day? Do you go out or spend it with friends & family?

I've only been there once, but it was soooooo good! I love how you can custom choose your level of heat.
My son & I go to B-Dubs ALL THE TIME! They have $1.99 kid's meals on Wednesdays so a group of us mommies & kiddos went there like every week for awhile. We haven't been in a few weeks but maybe we'll have to bring my fiancee with us for the football!
Mimi,
Buffalo Wild Wings Rocks!! I have been going there off and on for years! Its great to go there on game days and just to grab a quick lunch...it's a lot of fun with good food!!

Ok, I am not a big football fan (ducking) but I do go to my son's football games and I DO LOVE BUFFALO WILD WINGS!! Love the prices and love the fact that I don't have to buy the same kind every time I go!
Oh my goodness, I love wings and now you have me totally craving some... hello lunch today!
Nothing says football season like cool temps, warm wings, and big screens. Thanks for sharing.
