Can I tell you how sad it is to wake up in the morning and see that your computer updated itself overnight and had to restart? Now, that doesn’t make me sad. What makes me sad is leaving my post in LiveWriter and it not saving automatically, meaning my entire post that was basically done last night is gone forever.
Taken in Aug, the day the boys went back to school
and shared about it in my Wordless Wednesday post!
So, the cartoon I end up watching when no one’s around is Phineas & Ferb. My boys leave the tv on EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. when they leave for school. So, I end up leaving it on and find myself turning from my desk to the tv watching bits and pieces.
Of course, then I realize “I’m watching the boys’ cartoon!” That then has me turning to Twitter to share about it. I’ve done this on numerous occasions and honestly, people respond that they, too, still have it on. Phineas & Ferb is definitely a conversation starter.
Last spring I was tweeting about Phineas and Ferb and got into a discussion with someone and then we started sharing YouTube videos of their songs. I think we may have talked about it on several different occasions because apparently I always had the same “go to” song.
And yes, I may have been told a couple of times that I do share the same song, but seriously, an entire song about A-G-L-E-T, how can you not love learning and singing a song?
Of course, then this was the song that was always the comeback, although I don’t think we learn anything from it. S to the I to the M to the P. Get your breakdance on!
I’m not 100% sure why I personally like show. It does make me laugh and in the end Candace comes around to the boys’ side. And for real, who wouldn’t want a huge backyard to create what they do?
“There’s 104 days of summer vacation…”
Are there any cartoons you have no problem watching when the kiddos aren’t around?
Oh, and if you live in the Minnesota area, I’m actually giving away tickets to see Disney Live: Phineas & Ferb!

This is mine, too! We all love Phineas and Ferb around here. I have been known to watch it without any kids around, although if they're anywhere in the house, I soon have a lot of friends watching with me.
